A Mumbaikar through and through, being handed over the sole responsibility of this project was an opportunity I truly cherished. Still, early on in my WeWork career, taking the lead on this project allowed me to get a complete understanding of the company's design process. This led me to explore some of the most creative and brilliant global minds that were leading the company. Brainstorming with the creative director, strategizing with the operations director, and presenting to the CEO, this project allowed me my first truly exploratory and enlightening interactions that helped drive my growth in the company.
